Refunds Policy

Products & Services

All sales for physical shipped products from Ellurah are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for Change of Mind.

If the client  receives a damaged or defective product, Ellurah requires photo evidence to be provided to  contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery. Upon Ellurah receiving the returned item an assessment will be done and the purchaser will be notified of the outcome.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items are to be packaged and shipped backed the same way it was received.

Refunds are not given when agreeing to a ’special’ or ‘discounted’ purchase .

Sessions & Events

Ellurah does not offer refunds for any sessions or events especially for change of mind.
